ABOUT Me
I've been painting faces since I was four years old. I remember sitting on the floor of my parent's bathroom going through all the makeup products my mom had and being absolutely fascinated with them; being delighted at getting to play with all the different colors and textures.
Every chance I got I would make over my friends, my babysitters and my family. Little Sara would be floored to know she does that for a living now. Makeup is my first love, my bread and butter, and the only thing I could have ever seen myself doing.

I returned to the United States, settling in Boston, MA, and achieving a significant career milestone by becoming an internationally published makeup artist. This accomplishment was a direct result of the extensive body of work I had developed in Toronto following my formal training.
LATE
2016
I became an artist and later 3rd key for MAC Cosmetics, gaining extensive training in all skin tones, textures and the latest techniques.
2017
mid-pandemic, I left the brand and started a new journey on Newbury street working at one of the top salons in Boston, gaining new knowledge and earning 5 more magazine publications.
2020
SR Pulling makeup artistry was 'officially' launched in 2021 after a little under a decade of professional industry experience as a way for me to do what I love while combining all of my knowledge and strengths into one entity.
2021

I moved from a small town in West Virginia to attend The School of Makeup Art in Toronto, Canada and to be mentored by the likes of former Christian Dior makeup creative directors and tv/film makeup artists.
